At Enchow store, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Conditions
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
The Buyer agrees that they can only request a return/refund under the following conditions:
- The Buyer has made a payment through valid and direct payment methods on Enchow.com but (i) did not receive the Product, or (ii) did not receive all the Products ordered, or (iii) received counterfeit or fake Products;

The Product is defective or damaged during shipping;

Enchow delivered the wrong Product to the Buyer (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, etc.);
- The Product the Buyer received significantly differs from the information provided by the Seller in the product description;
- The Product has expired.
Refunds
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@enchow.com and send your item to: [Your Return Address].
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To return your product, you should contact us to get the Return Authorization number and we are happy to assist you.

If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
